Thalia first assisted me in early 2019 when I took up the medical aid policy with Arco 360 when my horse, Sess first came into my life. Since then, over the past seven years, I have reached out to Thalia countless times; sometimes seeking expert advice, sometimes simply clarifying what I could claim. In every instance, Thalia has gone the extra mile, responding promptly, often the same day or by the next, and always providing clear, thorough answers that leave me completely satisfied.
Thalia’s unwavering efficiency, professionalism and friendliness are rare qualities these days and she is an absolute pleasure to deal with.
For us equestrians, the illness of injury our beloved horses is always a stressful time, and Thalia’s support has consistently made those difficult moments easier to bear.

Loosing my precious mare and foal was the most traumatic, devastating experience.
If there can be anything good in this, it was the treatment I received from Arco 360.
You guys, Thalia and Candice, were amazing.
From the onset, Thalia was quick and professional and incredibly tenacious in making sure I signed up……we are all terribly busy, and although it was on the daily list, somehow, I never got to it. Thalia persisted and processed all the applications efficiently.
When Dazzle was taken to OP, the approval was immediate, no questions asked.
I never felt that the daily calls were duty calls, and that you genuinely cared.
After Dazzle died, your response was sensitive, and I so appreciated that you did all the paperwork on my behalf, and kept me informed on status daily. The grief is so overwhelming, that having to fill out all the claims, would have been devastating.
Settlement was made very quickly, and all involved were communicated with timeously.
Thank you…..I feel awful that I was such a bad client, only a week after signing up with you, but thank goodness I did.
